Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن العلاقة بين التعاطف والاتزان الانفعالي العاملين في قطاع الصحة النفسية، في ضوء متغير الجنس، ومكان العمل، وسنوات الخبرة.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير مقياس التعاطف فقرة، ومقياس الاتزان الانفعالي، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها.
وطبقت الدراسة على عينة من العاملين في المركز الوطني للصحة النفسية تم اختيارهم بأسلوب العشوائية الطبقية.
وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة إن العاملين في قطاع الصحة لديهم بمستوى متوسط من التعاطف والاتزان الانفعالي، وكما اتضح من النتائج وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التعاطف والاتزان الانفعالي بمستوى متوسط، وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التعاطف تعزى للجنس والمؤهل العلمي، في حين وجدت فروق تعزى للخبرة ولصالح ذوي الخبرة المتوسطة، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق في الاتزان الانفعالي تعزى للجنس والمؤهل العلمي في حين أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق في الاتزان الانفعالي تعزى للخبرة لصالح ذوي الخبرة المتوسطة.
English Abstract
This study aimed at identifying the relationship between sympathy and emotional balance among the workers in the mental health sector regarding the variables of gender, the place of work, and the years of experience.
In order to achieve the study objectives, scale of emotional.
The validity and reliability of these scales were verified.
The study was applied to a sample workers from those who work in the mental health center, who were chosen in the stratified random method.
The study results showed that the workers in the health sector have characterized by an average level of sympathy and emotional balance.
The results demonstrated that there is a statistically significant relationship between sympathy and emotional balance.
The results also indicated that there are no statistically significant differences in sympathy attributed to gender and educational qualification, while there are differences due to the experience and in favor of those with medium experience.
