Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى بناء مقياس درجة ممارسة معلمي المرحلة الأساسية لمهارات التقويم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء مقياس تكون من (28) فقرة تتوزع على (4) مجالات هي: التقويم القبلي، التكويني، الختامي، بغير الاختبارات، وتم التحقق من ثبات المقياس وصدقه على عينة استطلاعية، وطبق على جميع أفراد الدراسة بالمسح الشامل وعددهم (282) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة الأساسية في مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم لقصبة الكرك، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أنه تحقق للمقياس مؤشرات صدق ظاهري باستخدام صدق المحكمين، كما وأنه تحقق له دلالات صدق بناء داخلي مناسبة.

وتحقق للمقياس دلالات ثبات استقرار باستخدام ثبات الإعادة، وثبات الاتساق الداخلي مناسبة.

تم اشتقاق معايير الأداء للمقياس وأبعاده بتحويل الدرجات الخام إلى درجات معيارية (زائية)، ثم تم تحويل الدرجات الزائية إلى تائية بوسط حسابي = 50، وانحراف معياري = 10، كما تم حساب الرتب المئينية المقابلة لكل درجة خام وقد تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الكلي والأبعاد (التقويم القبلي، التكويني، الختامي) تعزى لمتغير الخبرة، مما يشير إلى وجود مجموعة معيارية واحدة على هذه الأبعاد والكلي حسب الخبرة، بينما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في بعد (التقويم بغير الاختبارات) تعزى لمتغير الخبرة، مما يشير إلى وجود أكثر من مجموعة معيارية على هذا البعد، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة.

English Abstract

This study aimed at constructing a scale for the degree of basic stage teachers' practice of evaluation skills.

To achieve the study aims, a scale of 28 items was constructed.

These items were distributed on four dimensions: (diagnostic, formative, comparative, placement).

The reliability and validity of the scale was investigated through a pioneer sample which was then applied to all subject of the sample (282 male and female basic- stage teachers in public schools in educational directorate of Al Kerak.

The results of the study showed that: the scale achieved a plausible reliability indicator using its validity, and criteria as well as reliability indicator of appropriate internal construction.

And the scale achieved indicators of reliability and stability using reliability of frequency and suitable internal consistency.

And performance criteria were derivate according to the scale and its dimensions by converting raw scores into z scores then t scores with 50 as a mean and 10 as standard deviation.

The equivalent Percentile ranks for each raw score was calculated.

It was clear that there were no statistically significant differences in evaluation in general and the diminutions (diagnostic, formative, and summative) that can be ascribed to experience variable, this indicated that there were no standard group for these dimensions and in general according to experience.

It was also clear that there were statistically significant differences in placement evaluation that can be attributed to experience variable and this indicated that there were more than one standard group in this dimension.
