This article discuss the Changing Role Of Non governmental Organizations in Closing the gap between Public and Private sector to Facing development needs, under economic adjustment policy and globalization.

This article Focus on the role of non government Organization in protecting the Consumer who hurt from economic adjustment Policy, and decrease the role of state in protecting the consumer, so that the non government organizations has grown, and multiple its control roles in protecting consumer and declare his rights, The article explain the compensational program of non government organization which lead to decrease consumer burden , and protecting them from swindling and defraud , and do this program success in achieve its objective .
