Arabic Abstract

هدف الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة للقيادة التحويلية في ضوء الفكر التربوي الإسلامي من وجهة نظر معلميهم في ضوء متغيرات: (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة).

واقتراح سبل تطوير القيادة التحويلية في المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة.

منهج الدراسة: استخدمت الباحثة كلا من: المنهج الاستنباطي، المنهج الوصفي، والمنهج البنائي.

أداة الدراسة: استخدمت الباحثة أداتين: - الاستبانة وبطاقة التحليل لقياس درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة للقيادة التحويلية في ضوء الفكر التربوي الإسلامي.

- كما اعتمدت الباحثة على المجموعة البؤرية كأداة أساسية لاقتراح سبل تطوير القيادة التحويلية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة.

عينة الدراسة: بلغت عينة الدراسة (330) معلما ومعلمة في المدارس الثانوية.

نتائج الدراسة: وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: 1 درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بغزة للقيادة التحويلية في ضوء الفكر التربوي الإسلامي جاءت بدرجة (عالية) بوزن نسبي قدره (78.6%).

2- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≤ (ocبين متوسطات درجات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة القيادة التحويلية لدى مديري المدارس في محافظات غزة في ضوء الفكر التربوي الإسلامي تُعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث.

3- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≤ (oc بين متوسطات درجات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة القيادة التحويلية لدى مديري المدارس في محافظات غزة في ضوء الفكر التربوي الإسلامي تُعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخدمة.

توصيات الدراسة من أهم توصيات الدراسة: أ- تعزيز مفهوم القيادة التحويلية في المدارس الثانوية بالعودة إلى كتاب الله وسنة رسوله والاقتداء بالسيرة النبوية والنماذج القيادية الناجحة في عصرنا هذا.

ب- اكتشاف قيادات تحويلية مبدعة داخل المدارس واختيار الأنسب وإشراكهم في صنع القرارات الإدارية.

English Abstract

Study Aim: The study aimed to identify the degree of Gaza Governorates’ secondary schools’ principals’ practice of transformational leadership in the light of the Islamic educational thought, from the teachers’ viewpoint in light of the variables of (gender, academic qualification, and years of service).

The study also aimed to propose ways to develop transformational leadership in Gaza Governorates’ secondary schools.

Study Approach: The researcher adopted all of the deductive, descriptive, and constructivist approaches.

Study tools: The researcher used two tools: - A questionnaire and an analysis card to measure Gaza Governorates’ secondary schools’ principals’ practice of transformational leadership in the light of the Islamic educational thought.

- The focus group as an essential tool for suggesting ways capable of developing transformational leadership among the Gaza Governorates’ secondary schools’ principals.

Study Sample: The study sample consisted of 330 secondary schools’ employees.

Study Results: The study concluded with several findings, the most important of which were as follows: 1.

The degree of Gaza Governorates’ secondary schools’ principals’ practice of transformational leadership in the light of the Islamic educational thought was (high) with a percentage weight of (78.6%).

There were statistically significant differences at (a≤0.05) between the mean scores of the study sample’s estimates of the degree of Gaza Governorates’ secondary schools’ principals’ practice of transformational leadership in the light of the Islamic educational thought attributed to the variable of gender in favor of the females.

There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a≤0.05) between the mean scores of the study sample’s estimates of the degree of Gaza Governorates’ secondary schools’ principals’ practice of transformational leadership in the light of the Islamic educational thought attributed to the variables of academic qualification and years of service.

Study Results: The study most important recommendations were as follows: A.

Promoting the concept of transformational leadership in secondary schools in the light of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah (traditions) of Allah’s Messenger, and to follow the Prophet's biography and successful models of leadership in our time.

B.

Finding out creative, transformational leaders within schools and selecting the most appropriate ones and involving them in the administrative decision-making.
