Investment ; permissible ? : investing company money

Dear Dr. Kahf, AA I work in the construction industry and I do have the potential to expand. In some occasions, individuals are approaching me to invest their money. My company is still small, 100 % owned and operated by me and I do not have any idea as of how am I going to compensate those investors or shareholders. What mechanism should I use to implement such concept ? Please advise me. Jazakum Allah Khair Sameer
