In this paper the concept of Intuitionistic M-N -Fuzzy Subgroups and Intuitionistic (M-N )- Fuzzy normal Subgroups are given and its some elementary properties are discussed such its image and inverse image under (M-N)-homomorphism which is defined in [4].
After that we construct the Quotient Intuitionistic (M-N) -Fuzzy Subgroups, and we prove that the set of all Quotient Intuitionistic (M-N)- Fuzzy Subgroups forms a semigroup under the intersection.
