The general trend for the development of achievement, in this competition, focuses on improving the personal physical capability of 400m race, the common features among them, and the fast running.

Power and speed are distributed through stages of this competition as well as some mechanical aspects associated with speed, like the length, and the frequency of the steps in.

The researchers studied a topic related to controlling uncontrolled cases to put them as controlled cases during a training run for the 400 m hurdle runners with a training of rhythm steps where the rhythm was proposed for breathing (inhale and exhale) in order to develop the rhythm of the running steps, its frequency and develop the ability to control voluntarily the number of breathing and adjust its rhythm with the rhythm of controlling the running steps as an indicator of the development of the personal physical abilities in this competition.

The researchers hypothesized that there were statistical differences between the pre-tests and the post-tests for the variables (personal speed, speed endurance, personal endurance, and rhythmic endurance) of the research sample.

They also hypothesized that there were statistical differences between the pre-tests and the post-tests in the lengths of the steps and their frequencies in some stages of the competition.

The researchers applied the experimental method on youth sample, aged not less than 20 years, who were 5 runners.

The research sample had the personal speed tests of 70 meters, speed endurance test of 250m, the rhythmic endurance of 350m, and running 400m.

Photos for the research sample were taken during the achievement test in order to find out the number of steps and the length and frequency in each of the second 100 meters and of the fourth 100 meters before starting the implementation of the special training program.

The special training was implemented for the period of 8 weeks with the rate of 3 training units per week.

After that, the researchers conducted the post-tests, and concluded that running training for a distance was less than the distance of competition and the steps control was, according to the breathing rhythm led to accelerate the development of speed in a clear and good way.

The training was effective and quick in improving the speed endurance for the research sample in 250m running.

The training used by the research sample was effective in improving the achievement.

It was concluded also that the best performance was to accelerate the rhythm of the steps between the ideal proportions in lengthening a step on the account of shortening it slightly in the frequency among the research sample.
