Abstract EN

The importance of the research lies in studying the relationship between the administrative commitment among the boxers and the self concept they have so that boxers and coaches are aware of the possibilities of standing against the obstacles that cause the administrative commitment among the boxers and the extent of its connection to the self concept trying to avoid these obstacles and going high in the level of administrative capabilities for them,which will be reflected in the level of their performance while training and competitions.

The problem f this research was in the measurement of the degree of the administrative commitment among the players, which helps in analyzing and knowing the problem encountered regarding the self concept among the boxers and treating them scientifically.

The study aims to measure the degree of administrative commitment among the individuals of the research sample and identify the relationship between the administrative commitment and the self concept, the research sample, represented in the professional players of some Iraqi clubs in the Iraqi league for the season 2014.

The results demonstrated that there was a high level of administrative commitment among the professional players of some Iraqi player in the Iraqi league for the season of 2014, the individuals in the research sample on one hand.

One the other hand, there was non-statistical relationship between the administrative commitment and reality self, self conceptance, perceptiveness self, the physical self, the character and the social self; and there was a statistical relationship between the administrative commitment and the family self, and self-criticism.
