Sports training haswitnessed a wide progress in the recent years, as the efforts of specialists and those who were interested in this area increased to search for the best ways and means of training to develop the physical and technical level.

Wrestling has witnessed great development at the international level in recent times through the use of bestmoderntraining methods and techniques that were designed based on scientific bases.

Accordingly, the focus of coaches was mainly on trainingthesequalities and develop the physical level of wrestlers through the use of the best training methods.The methods of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) are considered among the modern training methods, which were commonly used in recent times in developed countries.The importance of using the system of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitationis to take advantage of actions reflected as a result of prolongation and the occurrence of reflected actions, which are done by each of the spinners muscle and members of the Golgi tendon that respond to a change happening in the length of the muscle, especially during two cease and arousal within the muscle groups to increase the range of motion in order to meet the technical performance requirements of efficiency and be more economical and success in performance and this is provided by the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF).

The research significance lies in identifying the role of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation exercises (PNF) in order to develop flexibility and its impact on the technical performance and to compare them with (flexibility) exercises used by many coaches in the development of this trait.

The research aimed to prepare proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation exercises (PNF) with the method of repeat contraction(RS) in order to develop the flexibility and technical performance among the wrestlers of clubs in al-Qadisiyah province among young wrestlersfor the weight of (66.74) kg.

The most important finding of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation exercises (PNF) with the method of repeat contraction (RS) was the significant role in the development of flexibility and technical performance among the young wrestlers for the weight of (66.74) kg (experimental group).
