Arabic Abstract

يدور موضوع هذه الدراسة حول أحكام السجود في الفقه الإسلامي، و هو موضوع من الموضوعات ذات العلاقة الوثيقة بحياتنا، بل يتعلق بحياتنا اليومية، نظرا لتعلقه بعبادة نؤديها يوميا، و هي الصلاة، ينبغي على كل مسلم ومسلمة التعرف على أحكامها و على كيفيتها، و هيئاتها.

و قد افترض الله تعالى هذه الفريضة العظيمة على نبينا محمد صلى الله عليه و سلم، و علمنا عليه الصلاة و السلام كيفية هذه الصلاة، و بين لنا أن لهذه الصلاة أركانا و سننا، و من هذه الأركان السجود موضوع دراستنا، بل و جعلت الشريعة الإسلامية للسجود أحكاما، المصلي الالتزام بها، حتى تكون صلاته صحيحة.

يجب على و قد توصلت إلى نتائج كان من أبرزها أن جميع أنواع السجود تدور حول المعنى نفسه مهما كان مسماها، فكلها تدل على الخضوع و التذلل لله تعالى، إما لأداء فريضة، أو جبرا لخلل وقع فيه المصلي، أو امتثالا لأمر الله تعالى في سجود التلاوة، أو شكر الله تعالى على نعمة أصابت العبد فشكر الله عليها بالسجود.

English Abstract

The subject of this study revolves around the provisions of prostration in Islamic jurisprudence, which is one of the subjects that are closely related to our lives.

It is related to our daily lives, because it is related to the daily worship we perform every day, and every Muslim must recognize its rulings and its bodies.

God has assumed this great duty on our Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, and taught us peace be upon him how this prayer, and us that this prayer Arkana and Senna, and these pillars of prostration subject of our study, and even made the Islamic law of prostration provisions, the worshiper must abide by, so that his prayer is correct.

If the worshiper disobeys his prayer with a berakha from these pillars, he must correct that imbalance with the prostration of forgetfulness.

There are many types of prostration in the Shari'a, such as prostration of prostration, prostration of forgetfulness, prostration of recitation, and prostration of thanks, and this indicates that there is evidence of the importance of prostration and virtue.
