Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة استخدام مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة جرش لتكنولوجيا المعلومات و علاقته بإبداعهم الإداري من وجهة نظر المعلمين، قد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (302) معلما و معلمة من مدارس المرحلة الثانوية الحكومية في مديرية التربية و التعليم في محافظة جرش للعام الدراسي 2016/2017، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لتقدير درجة استخدام مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة جرش لتكنولوجيا المعلومات و علاقته بأبداعهم الإداري من وجهة نظر المعلمين، قد تم التأكد من صدق الأداة و ثباتها باستخدام معامل ارتباط بيرسون، و معامل ارتباط كرونباخ الفا، و استخدمت المتوسطات الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية و اختبار (ت) للعينات المستقلة لمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا، و اظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة استخدام مديري المدارس لتكنولوجيا المعلومات و درجة الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، و لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) بين متوسط إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة في تقديرهم لدرجة استخدام مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة جرش لتكنولوجيا المعلومات و علاقته بالإبداع الإداري تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس و الخبرة و المؤهل العلمي، و أن هنالك علاقة ارتباطيه إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01≥a) بين درجة استخدام مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة جرش لتكنولوجيا المعلومات و درجة الإبداع الإداري من وجهة نظر المعلمين, و قد أبرزت الدراسة العديد من التوصيات منها الاستمرار في تفعيل تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الإدارات المدرسية في محافظة جرش.

English Abstract

The present study aimed at identify the use of public secondary school principal in Jerash government of information technology and relationship with their administrative creativity from teachers' points of view, and the study sample consisted of (302) teachers of government secondary school in the directorate of education in Jerash for the academic year 2016/2017 and they have been randomly chosen.

To achieve the objective of the study questionnaire was used to estimate the degree of use of public secondary school principal in Jerash government of information technology and relationship with their administrative creativity from teacher's points of view.

It authenticity of the tools and persistence were confirmed using the Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach Alpha coefficient of correlation, the average standard deviation, and t-test for independent sample for data processing statically, result of the study were as followed : the degree of use of the principals of information technology, provided a high level, and the managerial creativity of the principle, provided a high level, there are no differences in the statistical significance at the level of significance(α =0.05) between the average estimated study sample of the degree of the use of public secondary school principal in Jerash government of information technology and relationship with their creativity from teachers points of view, attributed to gender, educational qualifications and years of experience, And that there is a positive correlation of statistical significance at the level of (α=0.01) between the use of high school principals in Jerash governorate for information technology and the degree of administrative innovation from the point of view of teachers.

The study highlighted many recommendations, including the continued activation of information technology in Departments School in Jerash.
