English Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the level of human relations practice among private elementary school’s principals in university district, and how does it influence teachers’ performance.

It also detects the samples response according to many variables (sex, qualifications and experience).

The sample consists of 283 teachers from both gender from Amman governorate, university district.

Two questioners were developed to achieve the goal of this study.

The results showed that the level of human relations practice among private elementary school was intermediate so as teachers' performance, it also shows that there is a direct relation between practicing human relation and teaching performance.

A significant difference was found (α≤1013) related to the gender variable; females were more affected than males, except for the relation between principles and employee.

No significant differences were found related to other variables; qualifications and experience the study came out with a set of recommendations include: Holding training workshops to increase the level of practicing human
