Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة توظيف مهارات التدريس الفعال لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة جرش من وجهة نظر الطلبة.

تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الطلبة في الكليات العلمية و الإنسانية في جامعة جرش للعام الدراسي 2016/2017م، و نظرا لصعوبة الوصول إلى مجتمع الدراسة تم اختيار عينة طبقية عشوائية مكونة من (300) طالب و طالبة بنسبة 10% من مجتمع الدراسة، طبقت عليهم أداة الدراسة المكونة من (54) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات تم التحقق من صدقها و ثباتها.

ومن ثم جمعت البيانات و حللت باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) و أظهرت النتائج إن درجة توظيف مهارات التدريس الفعال لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة جرش من وجهة نظر الطلبة جاءت متوسطة، و أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (=a 0,05 ) في درجة توظيف مهارات التدريس الفعال لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة جرش تعزى لمتغيري الجنس، و نوع الكلية.

لذا أوصت الباحثة في ضوء نتائج الدراسة بضرورة تطوير مهارات التدريس لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بما يتناسب مع متطلبات و مبادئ التدريس الفعال

English Abstract

This study has to know "the degree of employing effective teaching skills of faculty members at the University of Jerash from the viewpoint of the students." This study relied on data sources, both primary and secondary were obtained secondary data from a number of previous books and studies related to the subject of the study was to obtain preliminary data by distributing a questionnaire to a sample study.

The study population consisted of all students in scientific and humanitarian colleges at Jerash University, due to the difficulty of access to the population of the study are the researcher has been selected a stratified random sample consisting of (300) students, this was the researcher using statistical analysis (SPSS) program in order to reach the goals the objectives of this study, this data has been using the statistical package for social Sciences software system analysis (statistical package for social Sciences -SPSS) in order to reach the goals and objectives of this study; and highlighted the results of the study consisted that the degree of employing effective teaching skills of faculty at the University of Jerash members from the perspective of the students were intermediate, the study recommended the need for faculty development skills in line with the requirements and strategies for effective teaching.
