This study aimed to identify the obstacles faced by the male and female teachers of national and civil education in the schools of Mafraq during implementing the classroom management strategies from their perspective in the administrative, educational, and social fields.

The study population consisted of all the male and female teachers studying the national and civil education curriculum in the directorates of Mafraq, which are: "the directorate of the town of Mafraq, Eastern Badia Directorate and Western Badia Directorate," totaling 193 male and female teachers for the academic year 2016/2017.

The study sample was selected randomly by (58) male and female teachers and the researchers have used the descriptive approach, and have prepared a questionnaire for data collection consisting of 45 items whose validity and reliability were checked The results showed that the administrative obstacles were ranked first where the items with the highest evaluation were connected with the administrative work required from the teacher and the large number of students in class and that the school instructions decrease the freedom of teachers' work.

However, in the second rank, came the social obstacles which were connected with the family problems experienced by students, negligence of the teacher's role in the social construction by the institutions of society, and a reflection of the teacher's difficult economic conditions on his educational performance; the educational obstacles were also connected with the less time allocated for the curricula in addition to the fact that the students' lack of understanding of the class regulations and systems leads to less self-discipline in the classroom and failure of teachers' commitment with the individual differences among students.

The results also showed the lack of statistically significant differences due to the variable of Gender and educational experience in the teachers' estimates of the obstacles they face in implementing classroom management strategies.

The study recommends enlightening the officials and the school managements with the most important obstacles faced by the teachers of national and civil education in managing and controlling classes to involve them in providing and reducing solutions .
