يقدم هذا الكتاب نظرة عامة لفكرة أو أسلوب عمل (الإدارة لأعلى) مبينا كيف أنها منهج واع للعمل المنسق مع مديرك، من أجل تحقيق أهداف متفق عليها، تهم كلا منكما، و تفيد المنظمة التي تعملان فيها.

It can also be of some interest to the employee who worries about enhancing his performance, and being on the best of terms with his superiors.

The book offers invaluable advice, real-life experience and practical applications.

The book ‘s all-embracing attitude to higher administration is rooted in an understanding of it as a conscious and coordinated effort between oneself and one’s superior in order to achieve an agreed goal, and for the benefit of the organization to which they belong.

The book presents a set of recommendations for establishing excellent, and effective job relations with one’s boss.

It also answers some vital questions such as: why the need for higher administration, and what does it contribute to an organization, and how does one learn to use it competently?
