The presumption of innocence requires that every person is innocent until proved a judicial conviction with all the legal guarantees, and in criminal matters are important in the proof of the point of the rules, and on the other hand, procedural rule in the face of actions urgent liberty taken by the authorities of the investigation or indictment, whether attached to the temporary imprisonment or judicial control it, it must be respected as one of the most important constitutional guarantees and procedural assessments for the protection of individual liberty of the accused, and this, according to the text of the Constitution and Algerian law.

La présomption d'innocence exige que toute personne est innocente jusqu'à preuve une condamnation judiciaire avec toutes les garanties juridiques et en matière pénale sont importantes dans la preuve du point des règles, et d'autre part, règle de procédure dans le visage d'actions liberté urgente prise par les autorités de l'enquête ou l'acte d'accusation, que ce soit attaché à l'emprisonnement temporaire ou un contrôle judiciaire, il doit être respecté en tant que l'une des plus importantes garanties constitutionnelles et des évaluations de procédure pour la protection de la liberté individuelle de l'accusé, et ce, selon le texte de la Constitution et la loi algérienne.
