Electronic human resource management has implemented new thinking, which led to a profound transformation of the HR function and its methods, emphasizing that the primary function of human resource management is "Dealing with knowledge, "to the extent that it should use and integrate knowledge into their operations so that is reflected in the design and performance of the business, and invest in this way that including knowledge across operations management and development of human resources through an implant technology suitable elearning and intranet to achieve operations excellence of the organization and ensure its unique competitive position, that we're treated in the following article.
