Concealment was one of the oldest practices in the juridicial field, performed since the Roman era.

According to the lawers, this practice is based on fake and unlawful dissension inorder to hide the truth.

Thus, it is an unfair breach of the law.

Concealment appears to be a judicial act or a judicial entity which might lead to an obvious act different from the real, veiled one.

Therefore, this practice is considered as one of the judicial tricks
