Abstract EN

The study aims to analyze the Business Ethics with their secondary Variables (the Organization Culture, the Personal values and the Organization’s system) their role in improving the Employees Performance.

A sample of Employees has been selected from Algerian Commercial Banks to do the study.

The study tried to highlight two variables considered as one of the Challenges the Organizations faces currently; the Business Ethics and the Improvement of Employees Performance.

Indeed, the Business Ethics are considered as the first Element of Success in the Organizations and the best way to improve the Employees performance, and thus the Organization performance.

The study tried to answer on many questions that led to the problematic of the study, and the main question: the problem in the study, is “what is the role of the Business Ethics in improving the Employees Performance in works Organizations, generally, and the Algerian Commercial Banks particularly?”.

The study has reached many conclusions, the most important among them is that the personal Values are the most influential measure in the Banks, subject of the study, which means that the Ethical framework of the Organization is ruled by its Founders and its Employees.

The Business Ethics and the Improvement of the Employees performance has a direct proportion relationship
