Abstract EN

This study aims to find out the level of organizational commitment in private universities of Yemen and to evaluate the level of sentimental, continuity and moral commitment among workers in the private universities.

The researcher has followed the analytical descriptive method to data collection and analysis.

The most important findings ١.

The results of the study confirmed that there is a high level of organizational commitment to all fields of commitments where the arithmetic average reached (٣٫٥٢) ٢.

The findings of the study also confirmed that there is a high level of emotional commitment among workers where the arithmetic average reached (٣٫٦٩).

The results of the study concluded that there is a high level of moral commitment among workers in these universities as it obtained an average of (٣٫٤).

The results proved that there is a continuity commitment among the workers as the arithmetic mean reached (٣٫٣٠).

٥.

There are no statistically significant differences in the levels of organizational commitment attributed to demographic differences (age, qualification, specialization and career position).

٦.

There are statistically significant differences in the levels of organizational commitment among workers attributable to years of experience.
