Abstract EN

The main aim of this study is to clarity the effect of strategic planning on achieving quality performance for Science and Technology University/Aden for the academic year ٢٠١٤-٢٠١٥ ,and testing the following study hypotheses:- The first hypothesis :- There is no effect relation with statically significant for the strategic planning on the quality performance for Science and Technology University/Aden .

And this hypothesis is derived into the following : ١-There is no effect relation with statically significant for the clarity of the strategic vision on the quality performance for Science and Technology University /Aden .

٢-Ther is no effect relation with statically significant for the clarity of mission on the quality performance for science and Technology University/Aden .

٣-There is no effect relation with statically significant for the aims and goals on the quality performance for science and Technology University/Aden.

The second hypothesis :- -There in no statically significant differences between the means of the sample responses about the effect of the strategic planning on the quality performance for Science and Technology University /Aden attributed to ( gender, age, experience , qualification and current position ) to test the hypotheses (chi-square) was used by (SPSS).

The study clarifies the following :- -refused for the following hypothesis :- ١-There is no effect relation with statistically significant for the clarity of mission on the quality performance for science and Technology University/Aden.

٢-Ther is no effect relation with statistically significant for the regulatory clarity of mission on the quality performance for science and Technology University/Aden.

٣-There is no effect relation with statistically significant for the aims and the goals on the quality performance for Science and Technology University /Aden .

Acceptance for the following hypothesis :-- ١- There is no statistically significant differences about the effect of the strategic planning on the quality performance for Science and Technology University /Aden attributed to (gender, age, experience, qualification, and current position .

The study ends with the following relevant recommendations :- ١- The University management should publish the total quality management (T Q M) culture as it is approach for work which must be consistent with the vision , mission , aims and goals of the University .

٢- Increasing the awareness and knowledge of the elements of the strategic planning which are vision , mission , aims and goals to the University staff .

٣- Opening administrative communication channels between the academic departments and the administrative departments in the University .

٤-Making the strategic planning and the continuous development a main base for achieving the total quality management (T Q M) in the Science and Technology University /Aden .

٥- Giving opportunities for women participation in the learning process .

٦-Giving more attention to university training center to hold training courses and cycles workshops for staff training courses in the different fields to help in the continuous development process in such a planned , total and scientific way for all the academic and administrative staff .
