Thus, responding to Islamic Jurisprudence, social norms and customs.

As a matter o f fact Islam calls for purity and cleanliness, so it is necessary to puff perfume on the new- born hair, without putting the slaughtered- sheep- blood and the newborn hair to be buried after having removed the baby’s hair.

A Muslim must adopt Islamic doctrines in terms o f purity and applying ‘Sunna’ teachings narrated by prophet Mohammed, the Blessing o f Allah be upon him.
