Abstract EN

This research discusses one of the reasons to reject a Hadith narrator which is being Heresy in a way that doesn't leas to be Unbeliever.

This reason called Fisq Alta'weel.

This study focused on the Bida'ah (Heresy) of being Shia'a or Rafdh.

This study aims to clarify the reasons for the scholars to decide whether the narrator is belonged to Shia'a or Rafdh by defining these two Bida'ah and investigating the scholars who judged those narrators.

This study aims as well to justify the acceptance of their narrations by tracing the Hadith scholars’ opinions using the science of Al-Adl and Al-Tajreeh in this topic highlighting the evidences in each case.

The study came out with some results which are:Predilection of Ali Bin Abi Talib over Abobakr and Omar –peace be upon them- is a sign of Shia’ah.

Hating Abobakr and Omar and insulting them is Rafdh.

The main criteria to accept a narration is the accuracy and truth (honesty) even if the narrator judged with Fisq Alta'weel (Shia'a or Rafdh) .

However, the narrations that supports the narrator’s Bida’ah are excluded.

Also, narrations by a narrator that insults Abobakr and Omar –peace be upon them- are rejected.
