This study aims to examine the purposes of sharia law regarding financial contracts in addition to the jurisprudential opinion of the contract of Istisna’ (commanding manufacturing) and its legislative purposes.
The study also aims to investigate its financial significance in the economic transactions in light of current practices, besides the economic as well as industrial challenges that face the Islamic and Arab nation.
