Abstract EN

This paper aims to shed light on the exit process from Islamic Investment Funds, the latest financial instruments which have been traded in large amounts and in various markets which were established for trading purpose.

The paper begins with the definition of “Exit Process” and the “Investment Fund”, their types and uses.

It elaborates on the concept of the “Islamic Investment Fund” and the Shari’a standards that govern the Islamic Investment Fund.

Finally, a comprehensive analysis from Shari’a point of view was carried out in order to clarify how to exit from Islamic Investment Fund is in a way that complies with Shari’ rules and principles.
