Arabic Abstract

العنوسة داء اجتماعي، يتسلل بين ثنايا طبقات المجتمع، بأسبابه الاجتماعية : من عادات و تقاليد, و غلاء مهور و مفاخرة و تباه, و تعطل الشباب عن العمل, و تفاخر الفتيات بمواصلة التعليم, و بالأسباب الفقهية التي ذكرها الفقهاء, مثل : عضل الولي, و التعنت بشرط الكفاءة, و تأخير الزواج بلا سبب, أو تعطيل الزواج المبكر, حتى يجاوز الشباب من الجنسين عمر الرغبة و الطلب, فيستحق و بجدارة, اسم عانس و الذي يطلق على الذكور, و الاناث, و أن اشتهر في الإناث أكثر, كما سيأتي.

و هذه الدراسة، محاولة لتسليط الضوء على جوانب هذه الظاهرة، من الناحيتين الفقهية و الاجتماعية، ثم دراسة ميدانية، لاستخلاص أهم أسباب هذه الظاهرة، و طرح بعض الحلول و التدابير الفقهية و الاجتماعية، للمساعدة في حلها أو التخفيف منها.

و عمدت الدراسة الميدانية الى بيان أسباب هذه الظاهرة حيث تبين أن اقوى الأسباب التي أفضت الى ظاهرة العنوسة، ارتفاع تكاليف الزواج و غلاء المهور بنسبة 87,84% من عينة الدراسة، ثم عدم اهتمام الدولة بوضع برامج من شأنها التقليل من الظاهرة بنسبة 85,42% من عينة الدراسة.

English Abstract

The sprinter is a social phenomenon raises among the community classes, for its social reasons because of the customs and traditions, high dowry and pride, the unemployed young men, girls higher education, and the doctrinal reasons raised by jurists like : curator prevents girls from marriage , refusing refers to qualification, late marriage without reasons, postpone early marriage till they go over the will and demand, it deserves the word sprinter Ness for both men and women but it is for women is more.

This study sheds the light on this phenomenon socially and doctrinal alike, and to make study on real to know the main reasons for this phenomenon and trying to find social and doctrinal solutions to solve or reduce it.

The study meant to show the main reasons and it shows the following average 87,84 refers to high cost and dowry, 85,42 refers to the government doesn't give any plans to reduce it.
