Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة بشكل رئيس التعرف على دور التوافق الزواجي في الحفاظ على التماسك الاجتماعي في المجتمع الأردني " لواء القويسمة أنموذجاً " و هدفت أيضا رصد و تحليل درجة مساهمة العوامل الاجتماعية و الثقافية و الشخصية و الجنسية و العاطفية و التنظيمية في التوافق الزواجي و التماسك الاجتماعي.

استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي لتحقيق أهدافها، و استخدام الإستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات الميدانية، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 457 أسرة تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية عنقودية من الأسر القاطنة في لواء القويسمة في محافظة العاصمة "عمان".، و استخدمت الدراسة أساليب التحليل الإحصائي الوصفي و التحليلي مثل تحليل الانحدار و إختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي وإختبار "ت" للعينات المستقلة.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المستوى العام للتوافق الزواجي و التماسك الإجتماعي لدى الأسر في لواء القويسمة جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام للتوافق الزواجي (3.725)، و للتماسك الإجتماعي (3.808)، و أظهرت النتائج أن التوافق الزواجي بأبعادة الاجتماعية، و الاقتصادية، و الثقافية و الشخصية، و الجنسية، و التنظيمية – قد فسرت 55.0 % من التباين في التماسك الاجتماعي، و تؤكد هذه النتيجة أهمية دور التوافق الزواجي في التماسك الاجتماعي لدى الأسر في لواء القويسمة، و اظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين مستوى التوافق الزواجي لدى الأسر في لواء القويسمة بإختلاف متغيرات النوع الاجتماعي، و العمر، و طبيعة العمل، و المؤهل العلمي، و اظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين مستوى التماسك الاجتماعي لدى الأسر في لواء القويسمة بإختلاف متغيرات النوع الاجتماعي، و العمر، و طبيعة العمل، الدخل الشهري للأسرة، و المؤهل العلمي.

و بناء على نتائج الدراسة فقد تم صياغة عدد من التوصيات منها : بناء وتطوير شخصية كلا الزوجين بشكل صحيح منذ بداية طريقهما و إشعارهما بأهمية الأسرة، و تمكينهم بأن يرتقوا بأسرهم نحو الأفضل.

English Abstract

This study primarily aimed at identifying the role of marital adjustment in maintaining the social cohesion in the Jordanian society by taking Al- Qweismeh district as model.

This study also aimed at monitoring and analyzing the degree at which the social, cultural, personal, sexual , emotional and organizational factors contribute to marital adjustment and social cohesion.

The researchers used the descriptive approach in order to achieve the study objectives, and the questionnaire was used as the tool for collecting data.

The study sample consisted of 457 families who were chosen by the cluster-random way from the families that live in Al-Qweismeh district in the capital Amman.

The researcher also used the descriptive statistical analysis methods, including regression analysis, one-way variance analysis test, and T-test for independent samples.

The results showed that the overall level of marital adjustment and social cohesion among the families in Al-Qweismeh district was high, where the mean for marital adjustment was 3.725, and for social cohesion (3.808).

The results showed that marital adjustment with its social, economic, cultural, personal, sexual, and organizational dimensions accounted for 55.0% of the variation in social cohesion.

This finding asserts the importance of the role of marital adjustment in maintaining the social cohesion among the families in Al- Qweismeh district.

The study results showed that there are statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the level of marital adjustment among the families in Al-Qweismeh district due to the variables of gender, age, job, and educational qualification.

The study results showed that there are statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the level of social cohesion among the families in Al-Qweisma district due to the variables of gender, age, job, family income and educational qualification.

Based on the study results, the study recommended about : developing the personality of both couples in the right way since the beginning of their life and educating them about the importance of the family as well as enabling them to promote the life of their families.
