Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القيم الثقافية للعمالة المنزلية الوافدة على الأمن الأسري، و التعرف على أهم الآثار السلبية للعمالة المنزلية الوافدة على الأسرة العُمانية، كما حاولت الدّراسة الكشف عن أهم العوامل المؤدية لاستقدام العمالة المنزلية في سلطنة عمان، و التعرف على أهم خصائص العمالة المنزلية العاملة لدى الأسر في ولاية السيب في سلطنة عُمان.

و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، و تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات الميدانية.

و تكونت عينة الدراسة من 370 أسرة تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية عنقودية من الأسر في ولاية السيب.

و تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي، و اختبار معامل ارتباط بيرسون و تحليل التباين الأحادي و اختبار شافيه للمقارنات البعدية، و اختبار (ت) للعينات المستقلة.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الأدوار السلبية للقيم الثقافية للعمالة المنزلية الوافدة على الأمن الأسري جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام لاستجابات عينة الدراسة إجمالا (3.802)، كما أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن عوامل استقدام العمالة المنزلية الوافدة للعمل في الأسر العمانية جاءت بمستوى متوسط، و أن من أهم عوامل استقدام العمالة المنزلية الوافدة هو خروج ربة الأسرة من المنزل للعمل أو الدّراسة، و بناءً على نتائج الدراسة فقد تم صياغة عدد من التوصيات، من أهمها : زيادة وعي الأسر في المجتمع العُماني بخطورة استخدام العمالة المنزلية الوافدة الأجنبية، حيث يترتب على زيادة أعداها ارتفاعا في المشكلات الأسرية في المجتمع و خطورة على الأمن الأسري.

English Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the negative roles of the cultural values of the household expatriate workers on domestic security, as well as identifying the negative roles of the household expatriate workers on the Omani family.

The study also attempted to reveal the most important factors leading to employing the household expatriate workers in the Sultanate of Oman and identify the most important traits of the household expatriate workers in the state of Al-Seeb in the Sultanate of Oman.

In order to achieve the study objectives, the researcher used the survey descriptive approach.

The questionnaire was also used as the tool for collecting data.

The validity and reliability of the tool were verified.

The study population consisted of all the Omani families in the state of Al- Seeb, with about 20021 families.

The study sample consisted of 370 families, who were chosen in a random way.

The data were analyzed by using the descriptive statistical method, Pearson correlation coefficient, one-way analysis of variance, Schaffe test for post comparisons, as well as t-test for the independent samples.

The results showed that the impact of the negative roles of the cultural values of the household expatriate workers on domestic security was of a high degree, where the mean for the responses of the study sample in general was (3.802).

The results showed that the negative roles of the cultural values of the household expatriate workers on domestic security affected significantly on changing the habits and positive values among the individuals of the Omani society in which the members of the Omani were affected by the extreme ideas of the household expatriate workers.

And the results showed that the factors related to recruiting household expatriate workers to work in the Omani families were of a medium degree, where the arithmetic mean for the responses of the study sample of all the items in total was (3.609) Based on the results of the study, the researcher cited a number of recommendations, including : increasing the awareness of families in the Omani society regarding the seriousness of recruiting household expatriate workers, where the increase of their numbers leads to an increase in family problems in the community and to a risk to domestic security.
