Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة بشكل رئيس التَّعرف على دور العوامل الاجتماعية و الثقافية و النفسية و الاقتصادية في ارتكاب الجريمة لدى النساء الفلسطينيات، و التَّعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين متوسط إجابات عينة الدّراسة من النزيلات في مراكز الإصلاح الفلسطينية نحو دور العوامل الاجتماعية و الثقافية و النفسية و الاقتصادية في ارتكاب الجريمة لدى النساء الفلسطينيات باختلاف خصائصهن الديموغرافية و الأسرية.

و لتحقيق أهداف الدّراسة تم الاعتماد على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، و استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات الميدانية و التي تم التأكد من صدقها و ثباتها.

واتبعت الدّراسة لاختيار عينتها أسلوب المسح الشامل لعناصر مجتمع الدّراسة حيث تكونت عينة الدّراسة النهائية من 38 نزيلة.

و تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي، و اختبار معامل ارتباط بيرسون و تحليل التباين الأحادي و اختبار شافيه للمقارنات البعدية، و اختبار "ت" للعينات المستقلة.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن دور العوامل الاجتماعية و الثقافية و النفسية و الاقتصادية في ارتكاب الجريمة لدى النساء الفلسطينيات مجتمعة جاءت بمستوى متوسط، و قد حققت العوامل النفسية الترتيب الأول من حيث الأهمية النسبية بمتوسط حسابي (3.30) بينما حققت العوامل الاجتماعية و الثقافية الترتيب الثاني من حيث الأهمية النسبية بمتوسط حسابي (3.22) و أخيرا حققت العوامل الاقتصادية الترتيب الأخير من حيث الأهمية النسبية في ارتكاب النساء الفلسطينيات للجرائم بمتوسط حسابي (3.06).

و أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى تأثير العوامل الاجتماعية الثقافية والنفسية والاقتصادية المؤدية لارتكاب الجريمة لدى النساء الفلسطينيات تختلف تبعا لاختلاف متغيرات العُمر و المستوى التعليمي و الحالة الاجتماعية للنزيلات، و أن النساء الأقل تعليما و دخلا و عمرا هُن أكثر تأثرا بهذه العوامل.

و بناء على نتائج الدراسة فقد تمَ صياغة عدد من التوصيات، من أهمها : تمكين النساء و الفتيات الفلسطينيات اقتصاديا بإتاحة الفرص أمامهن لدخول سوق العمل و التدريب و التأهيل مع ضمانات وجود بيئة قانونية حامية، و العمل على وصول خدمات الصحة النفسية للنساء من أجل التمكين النفسي و الاجتماعي لهن باختلاف مواقع سكنهن و تحديدا النساء من ربات البيوت ذوات الدخل المنخفض و التعليم المتدني.

English Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the role of the social, cultural, psychological and economic factors leading to committing crimes among the Palestinian women, as well as identifying the statistically significant differences between the mean responses of the study sample among the inmates in the Palestinian reform and rehabilitation centers with regard to the role of the social, cultural, psychological and economic factors leading to committing crimes among the Palestinian women according to their familial and demographic characteristics.

In order to achieve the study objectives, the researcher used the social survey approach and used the questionnaire as the tool for collecting the study data.

The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were verified.

The study used the method of comprehensive survey for the components of the study population in order to choose the study sample.

The study sample consisted of 38 inmates.

The data were analyzed by using the descriptive statistical method, Pearson correlation coefficient, one-way analysis of variance, Schaffe test for post comparisons, as well as t-test for the independent samples.

The results showed that the role of the social, cultural, psychological and economic factors leading to committing crimes among the Palestinian women in total was of a medium degree.

The psychological factors were in the first place in terms of the relative importance with a mean of 3.30, while the social factors were in the second place in terms of the relative importance with a mean of 3.22, and finally, the economic factors were in the last rank in terms of the relative importance of committing crimes among the Palestinian women with a mean of (3.06).

The results showed that the level of influence of the socio-cultural, psychological and economic factors leading to the commission of crime among Palestinian women varies according to the variables of age, educational level and social status of the female inmates, and that the less educated women, the income and the age are more affected by these factors.

Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended about, empowering the Palestinian girls and women economically by giving them the chance to enter the training and rehabilitation market while ensuring that they enjoy a legal protective environment, as well as delivering the healthy and psychological services to women in order to enable them socially and psychologically regardless their place of residence, particularly the low-income as well as the low educational level housewives.
