Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الابداع الإداري من وجهة نظر العاملين في الاتحادات الرياضية الاردنية وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي كأسلوب للدراسة المسحية لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (150) من العاملين في الاتحادات الرياضية الأردنية وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية وباستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار (t-test) وتحليل التباين الأحادي واختبار شافية للمقارنات البعدية للكشف لصالح من تعود هذه الفروق وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك فروق ظاهرية في المتوسطات الحسابية تبعا للنوع الاجتماعي، ونوع الاتحاد، العمر، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة، وانه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغيرات الدراسة عند مستوى الدلالة ( (0.05≥a وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات منها إنشاء ادارة متخصصة تهتم بالإبداع وتطويره داخل الاتحادات، ومنح العاملين فرص أكثر بما يتعلق بطرح أفكارهم الإبداعية.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify of the role of information technology in the administrative creativity from the viewpoint of employees in the Jordanian sports federations, has been used the descriptive approach as a method to study the survey of the suitability of the nature of the study, and the study sample consisted of 150 employees in the Jordanian sports federations, Were selected purposively and using averages, standard deviations, and T-Test and analysis of variance test definitive comparisons posteriori to detect in favor of returning these differences and the results of this study showed that there are apparent differences in the averages due to gender, type of union, age, qualification science, experience, And there was no significant differences to the variables study differences at the level of significance ( 0.05) and in the light of these results the study recommended a number of recommendations, including the establishment of a specialized unit concerned with innovation and development within the unions, giving employees more opportunities in relation to ask their thoughts creative.
