This study accounts for the meaning of differences in evidence.

It means one piece of evidence is different from its counterpart.

The differences in the understanding of texts are of value to the jurist due to the fact that jurists have different points of view with regard to the application of evidence, the verification of evidence, how to apply them when there are differences in evidence.

It has been argued that differences between legal evidence do not take place at all.

Even if this takes place, it does so only in the mind of the jurist but not in reality.

The source of differences is doubt.

Differences among pieces of evidence should be eliminated through the gathering of evidence, abrogating them, or through likelihood.

Differences in text understanding has a direct impact on contemporary jurisprudential calamities
