Abstract EN
The localization of career opportunities is a shared responsibility between the government and private authorities, educational institutions.
Every party should bear the responsibility towards this problem.
The main objective of this study is to explore the suitability of the programs and specializations in Saudi universities to the requirements of the labour market.
Then, we can determine the appropriate strategies for the development of these plans to make them suitable for meeting the challenges facing higher education in the Kingdom, along with identifying issues and problems facing the Saudization process and thus put obstacles in front of the localization process.
This requires the development and modernization of programs and scientific disciplines and restructuring to keep up with the labour market requirements in order to provide the graduate with skills and experience required for facing globalization that seeks to establish an economic system governed by universal laws, and which emphasizes the need for localization of career opport unities capable of adaptation in accordance with specific skills
