The study aimed to investigate the efficiency of the financial performance, knowledge of financial analysis, financial statements and their impact on the financial performance evaluation.

In addition to, the financial ratios and its effects on the extent of financial efficiency for use in drawing plans to raise the degree of financial performance.

the study reached the following results: efficient performance of the tools of financial analysis of the company led to a balance between profitability and liquidity, efficient financial analysis led to efficient data treatment and to availability of information to help in decision-making for financial performance of the company.

The most important recommendations of the study were: to maintain balance between profitability and liquidity so as not to lose the company’s investment opportunities, as well as not to fall into financial difficulty, effectiveness must be achieved in the financial performance , financial statements should be used to analyze the data and information for decision making, financial ratio must be used to raise the efficiency of the financial performance of the company.
