This study focuses on the contribution of Tunisian journalist "Mustapha Ben Chaâbane" in the Algerian press through his articles in the newspapers "Elmountakid", "Elchihab", "Sada Essahraa"; "Elisalah" and the discussions it has given rise and in which he participated.

It will also discuss the crucial role of the journalist in the publication of the newspaper "Elislah" Tunisia founded by Tayeb Elokbi whose Mustapha Ben Shaaban was responsible.
