Nowadays media is not just a means to convey and transmit news, for entertainment and education as it was years ago.

It is rather, as we are in the era of Globalisation, an economic power and an ideology that effect economy as well as politics.

As a result of the changes, at the universal level, in politic, economic and technological sides, there is a clear change in the domain and activities of media in general.

Since the events of September 11th,2001 , the powerful countries( USA) that control the political and economic relationships have tried to use the media as a tool to globalise the world in an american shape.

According to the prospectives studies ( such as the studies of Francis Fukuyama, Samuel Hingthon,Thomas Friedman),americanizing the world requires a stategy aimed at influencing people of the world and eliminate the limitsof borders.It is also about influencing people through foreign civilisations.To acheive all these, the media has a great role to play
