Abstract EN

The present study investigates the job satisfaction level of the graduates of King Abdullah Foreign Scholarship Program (KASP).

It closely measures the job satisfaction level of KASP graduates.

The corpus of the study involves 185 currently-employed KASP graduates in Saudi Arabia.

The study uses the descriptive survey method.

A 17-item survey was administered to the selected respondents to identify their job satisfaction levels.

The collected data were analyzed using different statistical methods, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

In addition, various statistical tests were used, such as t-tests, Cronbach’s alpha, and ANOVA.

The most importantfindings of the study is that there is agoodlevel of job satisfaction among graduates of scholarship receivers although they aspireto find better jobs.

The findings also show a scarcityof KASP graduates whose major is in medical studies and health sciences even though there is a high demand for those majors in Saudi Arabia.

The investigation findings show that no statistically significant differences are found among the study variables, namely major, country of graduation, degree, employer (whether public or private), and workplace.

The study concludes with a number of recommendations in the light of its findings
