The study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of blended learning at AL Balqa Electronic Academy in ALBALQA Applied University.

The sample consisted of 55 members are studying the courses in four colleges affiliated to the University of Balqa, taken by the Academy as branches for the application of blended learning program The study instrument consisted of 30 items distributed to 5 categories which reflected the concept of blended learning and reality of integrated education in terms of goals, curricula, teaching methods and requirements of human technical in the Academy.

The factors of validity and reliability of the instrument indicated that it was suitable to measure what it intended to.

Statistical analysis revealed that the mean related to the level of the effectiveness of blended learning by teachers ranged from average to high.

However, the overall average of these means was high.

But the field of (human requirements) occupied the first class, followed by the field (aims the blended learning in the academy) and then (methods of teaching and evaluation) and (technical requirements), finally the field (content /course).

Hypotheses test results revealed that there were statistically significant differences due to the variable of educational qualification to the advantage of the master degree, and to advantage of the computer specialization, and the results show that the effectiveness of blended learning in the four branches of the Academy came to somehow close.

Finally, the study focused to review its programs and university curricula and strategies for implementation, in order to accommodate the concepts of revolution and electronic technology, and blend methods of teaching routine, and meet the needs of individuals and society.
