Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to investigate a comparative study between Jordan and Egypt in the status of administrative creativity as Perceived by Sports Leaders.

The researchers used the descriptive approach in the study.

The study sample was selected by the intentional way, and consisted of sports leaders from Jordan and Egypt, and numbered (n=76), attributed (38) from Egypt, and (38) from Jordan.

The findings of the study were: • The status of administrative creativity perceived by sports leaders showed an average degree on the tool as whole.

• There are difficulties facing achieving administrative creativity perceived by sports leaders, and the difficulties showed an average degree.

• The administrative creativity type improvement perceived by sports leaders, showed an average degree.

In light of the study findings, the researchers recommend: • Encouraging creative competencies for sports leaders, and developing the spirit of adventure, and support for subordinates.

• Holding training coursers for sports leaders in the field of administrative creativity, and developing the imagination sight.
