Abstract EN

The objective of the study is to identify the impact of the use of certain aiding rubber suspension ropes on learning the skill of handstand and switch between them on the table device ground movements.

The researcher used the experimental method on a sample of 40 students from the third stage in the Faculty of Physical Education, and were divided into experimental and control into two group by (20) students per group.

The main findings of the research is that the effectiveness of the use of aids in teaching skill handstand and switch between them on the table device of ground movements which helps in learning the skill is better and has had a positive impact in raising the level of performance of this skill
