Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة امتلاك الإدارات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الاردنية لمهارات التقييم الذاتي.

ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج المسحي من خلال تطوير استبانة، والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (228) إداريا أكاديميا في الجامعات الأردنيّة الحكومية والخاصة من مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي البالغ حجمه (550) إداريا، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وتحليل البيانات باستخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss)).

وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: أنّ المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة امتلاك الإدارات الأكاديمية لمهارات التقييم الذاتي جاءت بدرجة متوسطة.

وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة امتلاك الإدارات الأكاديمية لمهارات التقييم الذاتي يعزى لمتغيرات الرتبة والتخصص والخبرة في جميع المجالات وفي الأداة ككل، كما أظهرت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة امتلاك الإدارات الأكاديمية لمهارات التقييم الذاتي يعزى لمتغير نوع الجامعة.

وجاءت الفروق لصالح الجامعات الحكومية.

وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات أبرزها: حاجة الجامعات الأردنية إلى تأسيس ثقافة قادرة على تطبيق عملية التقييم الذاتي بشكل فعال لدى الإدارات الأكاديمية فيها.

English Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the degree of the academic administrative staff acquiring of a self-assessment skill in Jordanian universities.

The researcher used a survey descriptive method through a questioner to fulfill the objectives of the study.

The questionnaire has been tested for its validity and reliability.

The sample of the study, randomly selected, consisted (228) of academic administrative staff from governmental and private universities in Jordan from the population of the study consisted of (550) academic administrative staff.

The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program has been used for data analysis and statistical purposes.

The study results indicated that: the results of the arithmetic mean for the degree of the administrative staff acquiring of self-assessment skills were moderate.

It also showed that there are no statically significant differences in the degree of the academic administrative staff acquiring of a self-assessment skill due to the rank, major and experience variables at all, whereas statistically significant differences the degree of the academic administrative staff acquiring of self-assessment perceptions were found attributed to the type of university variable, and the differences reveled in favor of the governmental universities.

The study recommended that the Jordanian universities need to establish a capable culture in order to apply the self-assessment process effectively by the administrative staff.
