This research deals the elimination of the absent in Islamic jurisprudence, talk has taken the character of the comparison between schools of Islamic jurisprudence in terms of and between the sects themselves on the other hand the study also came to realize the goals inter: High lihghthing the theme of the elimination of the absent on an integrated form of staff and the strong links and non- spare molecutes tl meet the needs of muslim deginition to him and taking him clodely and highlighting the flexibility of islamnic juriusprudence in the diligence and application in an interview rigidity of legislation development and pasture rights and results ewre as follows: Prove that Islamic jurisprudence is an important source and he is good for application in every time and place and that the texts of house of commons and flexibility, so that each new case of control and respond to all the demands of life, the state of the world today from wars and conflicts, problems.
