Abstract EN
The faculties of Physical Education and Sports Science are integrated institutions that include, in its structures, administrative units, departments, staff and administrators working in order to achieve the objectives of this Faculty.
That requires the availability of the administrative leaders and employees who are highly aware of the administrative skills in their work and because they are important institutions that have a positive impact on the development of any society.
The process of preparing the human resources of these faculties requires the availability of the comprehensive quality management, which reflects on the performance and the output of these faculties.
The importance of the research lies in determining the most important requirements of the comprehensive quality in the faculty of physical education and sports science at Diyala University; and in realizing the extent of these requirements were available to improve them and have a future vision of the faculty based on these requirements.
Based on the above mentioned, the problem of this study can be summarized in the following question: To what extent the comprehensive quality management is available in the faculty of physical education and sports science at Diyala University, and what is the level of its implications? The research aims to identify the most important requirements of the comprehensive quality management in the faculty of physical education and sports science from the employees’ perspective.
The researcher used the descriptive approach with the questionnaire method due to its suitability to the problem intended to be solved.
