The field study addressed information services in Libraries of "Omar El-Mokhtar" university , in tiie city of " Albidaa" , and its branches, the aim of the study limited in assessing of the current position and show neglecting of fulfillment of needs of information for users, and demonstrate its effectiveness .

The study also interested in setting a prospective plan consistent with digital age.

The study highlights many sided of neglecting and negativisms relating to infrastructure , technical preparation, manpower and administrative sides , that was confirmed by the answers of users dissatisfaction of quality of information services in "Omar El-Mokhtar" university
