Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying and forecasting the concept of environmental variables; besides explaining their significance for business organizations; also to explain their effect when applying the reengineering of managerial operations in business organizations.

The researchers adopted the descriptive method and statistical analysis for analyzing the questionnaire using SPSS Program; as well as other statistical methods such as Regression Analysis, T- test and the F- test for identifying the significance of the model, and testing the primary and subsidiary hypotheses of the study.

The research most important findings indicated that the economic variables have direct impact on the growth of business organizations, and on their operations related to barter exchange.

Moreover, using advanced technology in business organizations allow them a competitive advantage, which give their products and services marketing advantage.

Furthermore, investing in modern technology is a significant and weighted factor in business field; besides the cultural and social environment have an effect on the organization’s activity through direct pressure from people and stakeholders.
