Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the impact of organizational culture on the competitive advantage in the Sudanese banking sector.

The study depended on the questionnaire as a major tool for the collection of primary data; besides using the SPSS program in the processing and analysis of data.

The study findings indicated the existence of a relationship and an impact of organizational culture on the various dimensions of competitive advantage (development and innovation, product quality, and financial performance) in the banking sector.

On the light of the study findings a number of recommendations had been offered.
