Abstract EN

The research aims to: - To identify the reasons for the reluctance of physical education students in some universities in the province of Kurdistan region / Iraq for arbitration practice of arbitration futsal Was chosen as the research community as a whole and represented by students of physical education in some universities in Kurdistan / Iraq.

was chosen in a manner intentionally reaching their number (105) student at (49) female students from the Faculty of Physical Education.

University of Salahuddin and 15 female students from Vklta Education Sports at the University of Sulaymaniyah and 15 female students from the School of Physical Education at the University of Koya and 16 female students from the School of Physical Education at the University of Halabja and 10 female students from the School of Physical Education at the University of Soran.

The methodology used is the descriptive manner Survey method.

and after getting the results have been discussed in a scientific manner powered sources to achieve the objectives of the research in the light of results of research researcher reached the following conclusions: - The reasons for the reluctance of students of the Faculty of Physical Education for arbitration practice futsal social sphere came first prize and a large degree of consent .

then the academic field and a large degree of consent .

then the psychological domain and medium degree of approval .

then the economic sphere and degree Medium approval .

- Lack the halls of this sport at the university and the lack of lounges closed one of the main reasons that stand in front of the students to participate in the arbitration practice game futsal campus .

- Opposes school days and with the number of hours of training registered with the students and ill - treatment of fans and the public and lack of community acceptance of the importance of arbitration Ocean five- game football to the opposite sex are all factors hampering stands in front of the students from exercising arbitration game futsal .

Through these conclusions .

the researchers recommended the following recommendations : - - Provide stadiums .

halls and the necessary tools and room dressing arbitration practice futsal by students on campus.

- Customize administrators and FICA futsal in the provincial universities and qualified staff to train students to arbitration.

- Attention female students 2 ? the arbitration and involve them arbitral courses in the technical and administrative aspects of the nucleus in the planning of the arbitration.

- Urged the media to pay attention to sports arbitration within the article of the media in order to raise awareness of the community and its sporting culture .

- Need the attention of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education teaching arbitration futsal schools in the province of Kurdistan / Iraq and hold a special annual championship this game and for the various grades .
