Abstract EN

The aim of this research was to classification levels of planning training courses to diffuse date palms produced by tissue-culture in General Board of date palms.

The date collected from sample contain 72 trainees whom participated in these courses, by using a-questionnaire .made for this purpose.

A scale was setup to measure the classification of three category (weak,middle, good) of planning training courses which was execute in 2009_2010.

The measure contain 6 levels ,45 steps, and the value of minimum and maximum degree between 45-135 degrees, The result showed that the average of the classification level was 75 degree, and its located in wake category (45-75) degree.

Results also show 46 trainees combine 64% and they describe this planning training courses in a weak category.

The research concluding that to setting up organizing for planning training course, and confining the human and material resources by away adequate with planning training course .in order to reach the sufficient planning training course to improve the effectiveness in Agricultural sustainable of Date palms.
