Abstract EN

The aim of this article is putting kinetic chains on uneven ba¬¬rs for learning the an effect of this kind of practice and it's scope ,of overlapping by serial practices and random practice in learning.

In order to knowing the best of group among deferent groups " three groups " by using uneven bars for women.

The researcher has been used an empirical method including species from students for women , especially third class (k) as san empirical group firstly , which implicated mental training serial and third class section (L) as an empirical group secondly to application randomly training and third another class (z) to representing précising group which implemented followed –up totally manner , by using ten (10) students for each group .

After implementing the tests ; to knowledge equality of groups research in variables (under study) was implemented mental train exercises by serial practices and random practice for a period of (12) an educational unit rate two units in the week after the tests were made posteriori, has been used statistical pack science social (SPSS) for tacking all results by the mean, medium, and stander deviation and analyzing the contrast (F) , to be less average differently morally is (L.S.D)and (T.test).

The researcher has been reached into several conclusions concurring with scientific practices for two an empirical groups which have an effect positively and actively on chaining teaching , but also I reached into different proportions with more superior for one group up to another groups by application serial mental training .
