Abstract EN

The research aims to shed light on the organizational dissent one of modern management concepts as it is a shift in the approach to management based on openness and acceptance of the other point of view.

The research also tests the relationship betweenits dimensions and work stress to know the most coherent and influential ones.

The research society is embodied in academic work field of lecturers in University of Basra (204 lecturers).

The questionnaire is based on a major tool in collecting data in addition to the style of interviews.

and to data analysis (Spss) programs is used .

The research is reached to set of conclusions, The most prominent of which is the work stress especially the psychological and physiological that lecturers faced is related and affected strongly with Latent dissent and displaced Dissent.

The research contains a set of recommendations as the heads of departments in university colleges must understand that organization dissent in its most cases is constructive tool to submit proposals and solution to solve many of work problem.

Although it may contains in its simplest pictures directing criticism or even hostility to some of the values, beliefs and standards promoted by the administration
