Abstract EN

today many organizations became realized the importance and value of the intellectual capital due to its prominent role in the current works which characterized with high challenge and competition, that make those active organizations successful and able to compete and endeavor to find the best ways to improve its performance level through benefiting from its intellectual capital, trying to employ it by applying modern technique such as enterprise resource planning system(ERP).

In the frame of this vision, this research sheds the light on the failure of the concerned organization in our study subject with regard to the importance of this resource as well as to its inability to apply the enterprise resource planning system.

This research aim to define the relation and the effect between the intellectual capital and the critical roles of success for the enterprise resource planning system in the (general company for drugs industry and medical requirements in Nineveh) by distributing (42) forms among samples of its members, then analyze their answers by using the statistical analyze program (spss), reaching to several conclusion and suggesting .
